A simplified experience, by design

Having a full array of large-scale samples and options under one roof simplifies the design process. Where you might expect 10 or more meetings with other homebuilders and trips to many suppliers, Cardel has done the shopping for you, collecting everything in one extraordinary boutique-style centre while condensing the design process into a short series of enjoyable, themed appointments.

Appointments

Everyone is welcome to visit the Design Centre – no appointment necessary. For a more in-depth visit, a Preview Appointment can provide a great introduction to the Design Centre. You’ll enjoy an overview of standard and optional product choices as well as an orientation to the selection process. Our design experts will help you prioritize your needs and wants according to your budget. Initial pricing will be provided, although certain elements such as windows, construction detail, cabinetry, interior features and lighting cannot be priced until selections are finalized after purchase.

    At your Construction Detail appointment, specialized design experts will explore a full range of construction detail options with you – the interior and exterior foundational aspects of your home. Having a personable, knowledgeable team in your corner takes away the guesswork and makes choosing your selections an informative, hassle-free experience.
